Located in Hyères, a few minutes walk from the shops and the historic centre, Villa Paradis is nestled into the hill, facing the sea.
Once past the shared gate of the small residence, the villa is at the end of the drive, quiet and protected from everything around.
In a resolutely contemporary style and completely renovated recently, the owners have focused on space and materials as well as a beautiful harmony of colours and shapes in their choice of furnishings.
On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room and living room form a single area where everything is within easy reach and sight.
The space, both bright and functional, opens onto the terraces and the swimming pool with a view over the sea, the Golden Islands and the urban landscape. You also have a single-floor bedroom opening onto the terrace.
The first floor is the sleeping area and offers 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has a terrace and a magnificent view of the sea. It is set out as an open space once the large sliding windows are open. A perfectly set out solution to define spaces and diffuse light.
The 4 bedrooms of the house are equipped with air conditioning, storage and their own bathrooms.
You will also enjoy a beautiful, cosy terrace on this floor, a moment of privacy in complete peace, with a view of the sea on one side and the hill on the other. To be tested as the sun goes down, with warm hues glowing over the decor.
Villa Paradis is an ideal place to share for those no-driving-required holidays.
Just a short walk away, you can stroll through the narrow streets of the old town with its picturesque atmosphere and its Provençal market every Saturday morning.
Visit the famous Villa Noailles and its annual modern art exhibitions and continue your ascent to the medieval castle at the top of the hill. Go on a day trip to the island of Porquerolles and try its heavenly beaches. Enjoy Almanarre beach, a must-see spot for kitesurfers and windsurfers, the Giens peninsula with its more intimate coves and breathtaking panoramic views...

Very nice and modern villa at the top of the hill in Hyeres. Very nice houses and excellent service. We rented Villa Paradis and are very happy with our stay....
Great AC in all bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen which could be opened up towards the pool deck. A short walk (quite steep) to the the nice village of Hyeres.
