Located on the Carqueiranne heights, the Laéween villa is 5 minutes from Carqueiranne centre and its shops and only 7 minutes from the beaches (3km).

Facing the sea, recently renovated in great taste, and fully air-conditioned, the villa of some 160m² is spread over 2 levels, hosting up to 10 people.

You will have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms: There are 2 en-suite bedrooms on the main level. The other 3 overlook the garden and the swimming pool. 2 bedrooms share a shower room, the 3rd has its own small private shower room.

In a chic and minimalist spirit, the bright living room includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a central island for all of those warm memories you’ll create. It opens onto a beautiful partly shaded wooden terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the open air with a charming view of the sea.

In the heart of the landscaped and carefully maintained garden you will enjoy the 10m x 5m infinity pool, secured by a roller shutter cover and heated from April to October. The pool’s submerged beach will be the spot for relaxation, where adults and children can have fun together in safety.

Around the swimming pool, the deckchairs offer long hours of tanning while others get down to the business of preparing a good meal in the outdoor summer kitchen.

In the South, aperitif’s always go with a game of pétanque! The boules court will brighten up your evenings while the children play nearby in the green grass
