The charming, fully air-conditioned “Villa Clémaliz" is located in a small secure residence (15 houses in the residence) on the heights of Bormes les Mimosas, a magnificent medieval and picturesque village between Toulon and St Tropez.
You will enjoy 4 attractive bedrooms (including 2 with private bathrooms), 3 bathrooms, a secluded swimming pool (heated from April to early November) and all the comforts you could want... Shops and a supermarket are 5 minutes by car.

The region offers a multitude of things to discover, starting with Bormes les Mimosas of course, just 20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car! Perched on the hill and facing the sea, it is one of the most beautiful villages in France but also one of the most in-bloom all year round.

Lose yourself in the winding streets with their nestled restaurants and shops, climb up to the castle for the breathtaking view, enjoy its colourful market every Wednesday...
Bask on the surrounding beaches which follow on one after the other, with crystal clear waters, between the vineyards and the sea. They are real picture-postcards - Cabasson, Bregançon, Estagnol, Pellegrin but also the beaches of Lavandou. The closest are only 3km away.
Take the coastal path, a must-do walk, which offers magnificent panoramic views.
At the port of Le Lavandou, 2.7km away, the shuttle will take you to the islands of Port Cros, Porquerolles and Le Levant. This is also where you can rent a boat for the day (Tom and Benjamin will be able to guide and advise you depending on what you’re looking for).
A walk in the Massif des Maures, the Domaine du Rayol botanical garden, Villa Noailles in Hyères, the Giens peninsula, a well-preserved nature spot with heavenly walks, St Tropez is 38km away… will also be great to discover.
The “Villa Clémaliz" will be your ideal setting to share great times with family or friends and to discover our beautiful region.

The communication was absolutely smooth from the first enquiry and we felt very well accompanied throughout the entire period - from the holiday initiation to the departure. Villa Clémaliz exceeded our expectations, the condition of the property is as shown in the photos and the house itself is very well equipped. When there was a small problem with the electricity, Samuel took care of it immediately and hired a professional within a very short time who quickly got everything working again. Our feedback on Sabrina and her team is extremely positive, we enjoyed every day and can definitely imagine arranging more holidays through S-LUX Propriétés in the future.
