The village of La Capte, on the Giens peninsula has become the essential place to spend your holidays, whatever the season... 
Charming with its pretty little houses under the umbrella pines, bordered by a beach of nearly 4km, lively in summer and authentic and peaceful out of season.  
  
At just a few steps from the heart of the village, its shops, bars and restaurants, this small fully air-conditioned villa of around 80m² will seduce you with its architecture, location and comfort. Everything can be done on foot! 
  
The living space on the ground floor opens onto two cosy terraces, tastefully appointed in Mediterranean vegetation with a hint of exoticism and without being overlooked. One to the east, with a more bohemian spirit, with a summer lounge in the shade of its sails where a gate will take you through to the beach just 50m away. The other to the West is great for your lunches and dinners.  
The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a sofa bed, and one of the two libraries will hold the book you need to accompany you on your holiday. 
  
The first floor is devoted to sleeping areas and those who like to take it easy. You will have a bright bedroom and a reading area with daybed (which can also be used for sleeping) opening onto a terrace with deck chairs for basking in the sun. 
Reach the heights to enjoy the sea view, the umbrella pines and to take in the atmosphere of the South.   
The rooftop is the ideal place for happy hour! The colours of the sunrises and sunsets are also a spectacle to behold. 
  
Let yourself be seduced by the blue sky, the sea, the beauty of the landscapes, the splendid nature and the many activities offered by the Giens peninsula... Diving or snorkeling, paddle-boarding or kayaking to enjoy the coves with crystal clear water, many hiking trails to explore through unspoilt vegetation, watching more than 200 species of bird at the Pesquiers salt marshes, boat trips to discover the coast in a different way, bike rides on the island of Porquerolles (pier 4.5km) and visits to the Carmignac Foundation, kitesurfing or windsurfing on the famous Almanarre beach, visits to the alleys of the old town of Hyères with its picturesque charm (Villa Noailles,  unmissable!), visits to the Var vineyards…  And many other activities will fill your days.

Mme Louchet Du 24 au 31 août 2023 La maison est très bien placée à une minute de la plage et est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le salon est spacieux et la cuisine très bien équipée. Sabrina et Samuel sont très aimables et ont tout fait pour faciliter le Check-in et Check-out. Le seul petit bémol sont les escaliers, très raides, qui sont difficilement praticables pour des personnes âgées ou en surpoids: la seule "vraie" chambre étant à l'étage.

We stayed at the Villa Les Rascasse which is an absolutely fantastic little house.
It is extremely well located in La Capte, with all commodities nearby, restaurants, and one of the most beautiful and safest beach for children at 50m...
The house is very bright, cleverly designed and furnished in a very refined way, while remaining practical. Large roof terraces offer spectacular views, ideal for watching the sun set over the sea.
Additionally our exchanges with S-Lux Proprietes were very pleasant and they remained available throughout the exchange to simplify our stay.
