Built in the 1930s, at the water’s edge, near the small port of La Madrague and the village of Giens, it is an exceptional location, and few of this kind remain in the Mediterranean. You will remain in blissful awe at the splendid view, with the Almanarre bay as a backdrop, as well as the coast and the hills of La Londe in the East up to St Mandrier in the West.
The house has a floor area of 180m² and 5 bedrooms. 4 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs including 1 en-suite with bathroom and dressing room. 1 bedroom on the terrace, at the water's edge. The main level opens onto the upper terrace where you will dine facing the sea. You will be under the spell of the magnificent colours at sunrise and sunset...
The well-equipped kitchen and its indoor dining area opens onto the living room. There is an additional, more private living room and a shower room
A few steps further will take you to the terrace equipped with deckchairs at the edge of the shore for a refreshing swim or a stroll on the pontoons.
