The “île du Pradeau” villa is located on the Giens peninsula, more precisely at Tour Fondue, a 10-minute walk from the pier to discover the beautiful Ile de Porquerolles.

In the area you will enjoy the small shops and restaurants of the Giens village, which has retained its Provençal character. The Sentier du Littoral (coastal path) offers beautiful walks through coves with crystal clear water and breathtaking views. The beaches of Almanarre and Badine are also nearby.

This 220m2 residence, split over 2 levels, in the heart of a green garden of more than 4500m2, is comfortably equipped for 11 people. It has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which are on the first floor, offering sea views.

At the edge of the heated and secure 15m swimming pool, you have a true oasis of well-being on offer: a sofa in the shade of a pergola, hammock, Moon bed, Fatboy and deckchairs offer their support on your relaxing days. As for the boules court, table football and ping-pong table, they will delight the most active among you!
